Ceasar Mitchell and Andre Dickens Present Free Neighborhood Jazz Series

Atlanta City Council President Ceasar Mitchell and Atlanta City Councilman Andre Dickens are hosting the Free Neighborhood Jazz Series Saturday May 30 at West Manor Park - 3240 West Manor Circle SW, Atlanta, GA 30311.

The jazz series is from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and features live performances by Julie Dexter, Mausiki Scales, and Gritz & Jelly Butter. Julie Dexter is an award winning singer, songwriter and producer considered by many to be one of the most influential female jazz vocalists today. Mausiki Scales is an Afrobeat-jazz songwriter and performer who has worked with Roy Ayers, Les Nubians, and Kirk WhalumGritz & Jelly Butter delivers a mix of Soul, R&B, Hip-Hop, Reggae, and Classic Rock vibes, delivered with a distinct and unique flair that is undeniable.

Saturday's free series will be hosted by Jazz of the City WCLK's Jamal Ahmad.
